Project Narrative:
Arch Art Lab in association with the National Opinion Research Center (NORC) at the University of Chicago, through the USAID Reading and Access Evaluation Contract, were charged with evaluating and researching the AMAA program, focusing specifically on the construction by the program of eleven Community Day Secondary Schools (CDSSs) in the districts of Machinga and Balaka. The objective of this evaluation was to assess how the project’s design and construction performed to eliminate barriers to access Secondary Education for girls.
